One West received its first REO listing in 1995.
At that time we were a small boutique full service real estate firm. Since
then we have evolved into specialty real estate firm providing REO services
exclusively. We accept only REO listings. Our efforts are 100 percent
focused on providing our corporate clients with the best possible REO
services.
Our staff is trained to represent the corporate seller. When assisting
buyers in the process of purchasing our listings they are careful to explain
that we are agents of the seller. Our office policies and procedures
have been established to eliminate any activity that would dilute our
focus on the corporate-owned/REO properties.
We have taken advantage of current technologies and invested in systems
designed especially for One West so that we are able to provide our clients
with information in the manner and time limits of their individual corporate
guidelines. Our office network provides each staff member with current
information regarding the status and activity of each of our assigned
properties. We send BPOs and property pictures via email to clients. The
listing section of our web page is updated several times each day so as
to provide corporate clients and potential buyers with current status
of each property assigned One West.
One West is the only real estate firm in the Saint Louis area
devoted completely and exclusively to providing REO services.

Barry Adelstein is responsible for the entire
operation and fully realizes that the buck does stop at his desk!
Most of his day is devoted to “pulling the deal
together.” He is constantly on the phone communicating with corporate
sales representatives /asset managers, potential buyers, or agents of
cooperating brokers.
Barry is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker.
He received his first REO property listing in November of 1995 from Sandra
Mast (Fannie Mae). Since then One West has been responsible for the disposition
of more than 1,000 REO properties.

Wendy Zimet, joined One West
in May of 2001. She has enthusiastically taken on the responsibility
of several corporate clients as well as back up to Barry and
Scott. If for some reason neither of them are available she
can quickly provide the client with the information they are
seeking. She also coordinates closings and is responsible
for prelisting activities: checking occupancy, property inspections,
trash out bids, maintenance and vendor assignments, BPOs.
Wendy is a Missouri Licensed
Real Estate Broker, has a masters degree form Hood College,
Frederick Maryland, and over 20 years experience with customer
service. Her attentiveness to the requests of clients
has proven to be a tremendous asset to the One West Team.

Scott Gundolf is the One West comptroller.
He is responsible for monthly billings, liaisons with the utility companies,
receivables and payables, and all other financial issues.
He has degrees in Finance and Economics from Ohio
State University and is a Missouri State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Scott and Barry started One West in August of 1994. Until June of 2000
Scott was employed full time as Internal Auditor for a major St. Louis
corporation.

Faith Jordan - A Licensed Real
Estate Agent in the State of Missouri, Faith joined our team
2005. She brings extensive years of customer service, trouble
shooting and Real Estate experience. Faith attended SIUE and
Columbia College, St. Louis Missouri. Professional work ethics
are taken to heart by Faith as she provides our clients with
a dependable and committed work relationship.
Faith's activities and responsibilities
include: Assisting buyers, preparation of BPOs, coordination
of closings and back up to both Wendy and Barry. With her
dedication, determination and remarkable customer service
skills, the One West Team will continue to deliver the high
quality of service we currently provide

Linda P. Dillon - Executive Administrative
Assistant. Linda comes to One West with extensive background in
all facets of office protocol. Linda is responsible for maintaining
records concerning real estate property files, BPO data entry, monthly
billing and maintaining utility data for properties. Linda assists
the Asset Managers and Accounts Payable manager. Linda answers customer
service phone calls and represents One West congenially in her capacity
as our public interface.
